RECAP (Restoring End-Time Churches to the Apostolic and Prophetic) is a network designed to gather like-minded Apostles, Prophets, Church organizations and Ministries together. Whether lead by Apostles, Prophets, or any of the five-fold, if they believe in the Apostolic and Prophetic mantles being restored, and are ready for the current and growing Apostolic Reformation of the Church, they are ready for a fellowship in this network.

Under the Apostolic Leadership of founder, Apostle Dennis Ray Jacobs, we want to help advance the Kingdom of God through the Apostolic Reformation.

As the RECAP Network increases we want to become strong in helping desiring churches to break through into the following realms:

1. Identifying Apostles and Prophets

2. Teaching present truth revelation, using personal contact, conferences and seminars as vehicles.

3. Assisting with Prophetic Presbyteries, including the Ministry of Impartation and the Laying on of Hands.

There is a release and acceleration of apostolic grace and anointing to build strong governing "Antioch Churches" when the above is activated.

As Apostle Dennis Jacobs fellowshipped with various churches, and conversed with many pastors, God allowed him to see a great need in the Body of Christ. These pastors and churches had many questions, as well as, desired spiritual insight and leadership into this present move of God. This present move of God consisted of the apostolic and prophetic. Following a previous spoken prophetic word, the Lord placed a profound stirring in his spirit concerning the apostolic call of God. He was afforded the opportunity to attend the "Emerging Apostles and Prophets Conference" in July 2001, hosted by Apostle John Eckhardt. Apostle Jacobs gained invaluable insight into the ministry of the Apostolic and Prophetic. After these series of events, it became clear and settled that Apostle Dennis Ray Jacobs is a Spiritual Father. Hence, RECAP was born in March of 2002.

Building relationships and receiving fresh insight and impartation is our mandate. Networks will generally form around Apostles as others begin to relate to the new Apostolic model.

Apostle Dennis Jacobs has for a long time believed that all believers should do the work of the ministry based on Ephesians 4:11-12. We are training believers in spiritual warfare, intercessory prayer, deliverance, healing and proper church planting. With Christ Centered Church, Inc. as home base for the RECAP Network, we are working very diligently to build it into the new Apostolic and Prophetic model. Christ Centered Church, Inc. is also a CICAP Church (Churches in Christ Apostolic and Prophetic). CICAP is the parent structure for the ministry, also founded by Apostle Dennis Jacobs.

1. Identify, develop, and recognize through ordination and releasing those entering into and already in the Apostolic and Prophetic reformation for local, trans local, national and international ministry.

2. To provide means of teaching and imparting Apostolic Truths via conferences, seminars, books, tapes, etc. in order to develop the personal growth of each church, ministry, and individual.

3. To develop Apostolic Teams to facilitate local, trans-local, national, and international ministries in training for Prophetic and Deliverance Ministries, Leadership Training, Church Government, Intercession, and Healing Ministry etc. as needed for church growth and development.

4. Continual development as a resource facility for apostolic books, tapes, videos, teaching materials, and training manuals that will train, establish, equip and provide maintenance for the Apostolic Reformation and beyond.

5. To provide Covenant Fellowship and counsel for five-fold and ministries of like spirit. Connecting them with RECAP for networking purposes, to introduce them to the restoration of Apostolic and Prophetic Ministry, or CICAP for purposes of covering in the organization of Churches in Christ Apostolic and Prophetic.

6. To promote, establish, and help build strong governing territorial Antioch Churches, to break through in their region and beyond, through strong presbyteries and apostolic teams being raised up and established.

7. To develop strong Melchiselec Priestly relationships, joint partnerships, interaction with other networks, to strengthen, enhance, and intensify breakthrough results regionally and beyond.

8. To encourage mature Apostles in the network at the appropriate time to birth networks of their own as others begin to relate to them as fathers.

9. To develop mercy ministry with participating churches and other organizations to facilitate aid and relief to other regions and nations.

   Prophetic Implications of our Name "RECAP"

   RECAP is an acronym meaning Restoration of End Time Churches to Apostolic and Prophetic. Its definition is strongly Kingdom in its purpose.

   American Dictionary of The English Language Noah Webster 1828 defines Recap:
   

        Recap:    From the word recapdon, [Latin. re and captio; re-again; capio-to take].
                  The act of retaking; re-again; capio to take. The act of retaking; reprisal;
                  the act of taking ones own goods, chattels, wife or children from one who has
                  taken them and wrongfully detains them.

   Recapture: verb tense. to retake; particularly, to retake a prize which had been previously taken.

   Apostolic Ministry is a ministry of spiritual warfare, coming against, and defeating principalities powers and "every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God." Many times religious systems, spirits of oppression in regions and areas, and people hold back the restoration, reformation and revival God wants for His Church.

   The Apostolic and Prophetic anointing and ministry comes into violent contact, striking forcefully at the enemy challenging and confronting his lies and deception with the power of present truth revelation, and powerful prophetic declarations that open the Heavens, and establishes true apostolic foundations, resulting in apostolic deliverance and break through for that church, city, region and nation. The results bring about a powerful effect on God's people to ignite action, establish revelation, truth and change, releasing a divine method for the church of Jesus Christ to transition to new dimensions of glory and advance God's Kingdom in more powerful and effective ways.

   Apostle Dennis Jacobs and RECAP, in conjunction with CICAP (Churches in Christ Apostolic and Prophetic) and our ETI (Ephesus Training Institute), strive for excellence in ministry as strong development continues of apostolic and prophetic break through teams, training of all believers in deliverance ministry, healing, church order, establishing of churches, etc., conferences, seminars, leadership training, power evangelisrm, and family and financial planning. Being in fellowship, relationship or partnership CICAP or RECAP will position you, your church and ministry to share in the Apostolic Reformation that God has established since Christ's coming to the world.
